They are suitable for total stations that support measurements to reflective tape or reflective sheet targets. Available target modes vary between instrument models, so check your total station’s manual and select the appropriate reflective-target setting before measuring.
Terra360 does not specify a prism constant for these targets. Because they are flat retroreflective targets rather than glass prisms, do not automatically apply a standard prism constant. Use your instrument’s reflective tape or reflective sheet mode and follow the manufacturer’s recommended settings.
The targets provide a compact, low-profile reference point for construction checks, repeat surveys and movement monitoring. They are useful on walls, columns and other surfaces where installing a conventional prism or prism bracket would be impractical.
The targets have an adhesive backing and are sold in packs of 100. This product range includes a 40 × 40 mm option, along with other sizes and colours. Apply each target to a clean, dry and stable surface, with the reflective face clearly visible from the total station position.
